We’re not “running tracks for hire.” We’re partnering to create a better kind of room: curated, confidential where needed, and designed for real conversation that leads to real next steps.

A co-designed experience inside an event or community gathering—where Spark brings the structure, facilitation, and culture, and our partner brings an aligned mission and a complementary audience.

The goal is simple: get the right hospital functions in the same room—because the hardest problems don’t live in one department. We design tracks that connect Innovation + IT, Operations + IT, Finance + IT (and other cross-functional leaders) so teams can share what’s working, collaborate on tradeoffs, and align on decisions that actually stick once everyone goes back to real life.

There’s a neuroscience reason this works: our brains are wired for social learning. When we learn in community—especially with people who bring different perspectives—we reduce cognitive load, spot patterns faster, and make better decisions with more confidence. Cross-functional rooms don’t just create better alignment; they create better thinking.
