  Founded by Andy Baker, a long-time entrepreneur and coach with nearly 15 years of understanding the relationship between performance and community, Spark Health Group emerged from a simple observation: healthcare IT executives were drowning in isolation. While constantly being sold to at industry events, they rarely found genuine opportunities to connect and solve problems together. Drawing on coaching principles and entrepreneurial insight, the vision was clear—create a space where health IT leaders could share experiences, accelerate problem-solving, and increase their productivity through meaningful peer relationships.

 Over four years, we've built more than just a community—we've created a catalyst for transformation.
